Junior Life & Health Risk Manager

Provide Group life & Benefit insurance expertise to the whole Proximus group, define and negotiate the content of employee benefits plans and manage & follow up the implementation of Proximus Group Insurance strategy at domestic and international affiliates in order to insure internal equity, alignment and cost optimization.
Follow legislation and jurisdiction on Life Accident & Health insurance and negotiate/write the contracts & policies to evaluate and close best in class deals, ensure competitive benefits and compliant risk management & formulate internal adaptations or improvements if needed.
Be and act as a SPOC for all Life & Benefits insurances internally as well as externally to evaluate and negotiate the best financing and conditions and settle the best market conditions for the group.
Compare offers, prepare all proposals and negotiate them with Group Comp & Ben in order to develop and ensure internal equity with cost optimisation and align/optimise employee benefit insurances across PXS Group at domestic and international level.
Manage the follow up of all death/invalidity accident & hospitalisation insurance programs to maintain the budget under control, anticipate on occurring deviations (IFRS) and propose correction.
Provide subject matter expertise on Group insurance solutions and legal/fiscal evolutions to ensure the implementation of the Risk Strategy and elaborate a positive relationship with insurance providers, Group human resources and internal customers (affiliates included).
Provide expertise and support to the foreign subsidiaries conc. the extension and/or financing of their employee benefit plan in order support the subsidiaries at negotiation with local brokers/insurers and formulate proposals leading to cost savings.
Provide expertise & support in Bonus Plan Group Life insurance in line with HR & affiliates’ requirements.
- You have a Master's degree.
- You have a first experience in the domain Life & Benefits Insurance
- You will get training in our specific insurance programs, life insurance and negotiation skills
