This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! As a Management Trainee, you participate in the development of new products and services by designing end-to-end processes for the residential, professional or wholesale market. Of course, you’re not alone in this. You will go through a high quality training program during which our experts will share their knowledge about different domains, including the newest technologies and innovations.

The program lasts 24 months, starting the 3rd of September 2018 and comprises three consecutive assignments of 8 months each (in different domains). You’ll also get to know our business and organization from inside out during a 1 month field experience. Without a doubt, these various experiences will help you to take up a management position @ Proximus in the future!

You will obtain your Master’s degree in 2018? You are passionate about our business, with a healthy dose of ambition? You feel at home in a different, changing and innovating environment? Applying in six steps

  2. Digital on-demand interview
    The interview is in English and consists of a few short questions. You can answer the pre-recorded questions via the webcam. You can do this whenever and wherever you like, provided you have a stable Internet connection. So, even via your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Online tests
    • Inductive
    • Verbal
    • Numerical
  4. If you successfully complete the first three steps, we will call you for a "language check".
  5. Online personality questionnaire (OPQ).
  6. Group assessment day, including an individual interview with a recruitment consultant.

  7. Interview with higher management, as well as an individual case and presentation.
