This is a once in a lifetime opportunity! As a Proximus Management Trainee, you participate in important projects such as the development of new products and services, improving end-to-end processes or digitalizing the customer experience. During these projects, you will benefit from the expertise of your colleagues and support of your management. In addition, you will go through a specific training program about leadership and self-development.

The Management Trainee program lasts 24 months, starting the 2nd of September 2019 and comprises three consecutive assignments of 8 months each. This will give you the opportunity to know different departments and activities inside-out. You will also discover our core business and activities in the field thanks to field visits. Without a doubt, these various experiences will help you after the 24 months to launch your career at Proximus!
